Avocado Salsa Recipe
Ingredients:
* 2 medium avocados, peeled, pitted, diced
* 2 medium tomatoes, diced
* 2 tbsp lime juice
* 1 small onion, diced
* 1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
* 1 tsp green chile pepper, chopped (jalapeno if you want spicy)
* 1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Taste and add salt if needed.
2. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes before serving.
