Avocado Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
* 2 ripe avocados, peeled and creamed in a blender
* 4 cups chicken broth
* 2 tablespoons lime juice
* 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
* salt and black pepper to taste
* chives for garnish (optional)
Directions:
1. Process avocados in a food processor or blender until they are a smooth paste.
2. Add the avocado paste to the chicken broth, stirring well.
3. Add the remaining ingredients, mix thoroughly.
4. Taste and adjust salt and pepper as needed.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for one hour before serving.
Garnish with fresh chives and diced avocado bits and serve cold.
